Step 1: NOSE STRIPS

What are the nose strips for?

Next, place the nose strip over the bridge of your nose to gently lift and open your nose/nostrils for improved nasal airflow helping you breathe better.

How to Apply Nose Strips:

  1. Clean the skin - the adhesive won't stick properly to wet, oily or moisturized skin, so wash and dry your nose before applying.
  2. Position is everything - peel off the paper tabs and carefully place the adhesive side of the strip right above where your nose/nostril flares out. Hold for 10-15 seconds before letting go.
  3. Breathe Easy - gently rub the strip to secure it into place on your nose. Take a deep breath and better breathing begins.

Tips and tricks:

  • Make sure skin is dry when applying the nose strip to prevent it slipping or coming right off
  • Look in the mirror when you first apply the nose strip to ensure that you are positioning it correctly as indicated in the adjacent image.
