Within 30 days of purchase, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Sleep Hack Products, please let us know. We will arrange and cover all expenses for the return to one of Sleep Hack's listed warehouses.
Within 21 days of receiving the Products at one of our warehouses, your total payment for your Products to Sleep Hack will be refunded to you via the original method of payment used during checkout.
Note: If you purchased via interest-free finance, extra charges may apply from your supplier.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, you must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase your Sleep Hack Product, you are not eligible for a return. To complete your return, we require:
Usage Period: You must have been using your Product for at least 14 days before you can initiate the return.
Subscription Customers: If you are a subscription customer and your recurring charge has gone through, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. However, we can cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.
Important: Our 30-day guarantee ONLY applies to your first order. We will process all refunds back to the original payment method, no exceptions.

This Warranty is between SleepHack (we, us or our) and the person, organisation, or entity specified in the Sales Terms and Conditions (you or your), together the Parties and each a Party. This Warranty is referenced in and forms part of the Sales Terms and Conditions.
SleepHack provides this Warranty against Defects in your Sleep Stack products.
We create products that encourage better sleep through nasal breathing and essential tools to improve your nightly routine!
We understand that you have rights at law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, with respect to your Sleep Stack products, and we are committed to respecting those rights.

The benefits given to you under this Warranty are in addition to, and do not limit or derogate, your rights and remedies at law in relation to your Sleep Stack products, including under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) within the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Consumer guarantees (under the ACL) have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect, given factors such as the cost and quality of the Sleep Stack products or any representations made.
Mandatory wording:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Subject to the terms of this Warranty, and without limiting your statutory rights, your entitlement under this Warranty will commence from the date of dispatch of your Sleep Stack products under the Sales Terms and Conditions and will continue to operate for a period of 12 months (Warranty Period).
This Warranty only sets out the Warranty Period within which we will offer you a refund, replacement, repair, or exchange. Your rights under the ACL may extend beyond the Warranty Period.
Subject to the terms of this Warranty, and without limiting your statutory rights, we will use our best endeavours to remedy any Defect in your Sleep Stack products during the Warranty Period at our cost. We may, in our discretion, elect to:
